Joanna is a highly experienced international coach who has been working with individuals and senior management teams to help them fulfill their potential and leverage their strengths for a number of years.
Joanna’s passion is helping individuals and teams make the most of their talents, unleashing potential and creating the results and success they desire. She especially enjoys the challenge of working with leaders who are in creative roles. She is skilled at helping them harness their creative thinking and natural talents into practical and commercial approaches to achieve what they want.
Joanna’s style is energetic, open and inspirational and she likes to work with people to help them reconnect with what is really important to them so that they can lead themselves and their teams in the best possible way. Joanna firmly believes that real change happens from the inside out and she will ask you to dig deep to sustain that change.
Joanna has also worked in the commercial functions across a number of industries including technology and search & selection. Prior to moving into the coaching and leadership development arena full time, she held a Board level position with one of the UK’s leading marketing search & selection organisations. It was in this role that she really saw the value of Coaching in a strongly commercial and results oriented environment and where she further developed her passion for leadership development.
Joanna has a joint hons degree in Marketing, French and Spanish. She has trained with the prestigious Coaches Training Institute and is a certified practitioner of coaching having gained their Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) qualification. She is also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and upholds their high standards and code of ethics. In addition she is a certified Insights Discovery Practitioner which she uses with teams and individuals in organizations.
