A powerful and insightful leadership coach and facilitator, Tony believes that effective growth and change should be fun. After a successful 20-year career in marketing on both the agency and client side, Tony jumped out of his ‘velvet rut’ to start a new career as an executive coach and workshop facilitator.
Tony’s unique blend of insight, humour and tough love, coupled with his solid business and management experience, enable him to inspire his clients to achieve more, more authentically and with greater ease. He is passionate about helping leaders to improve their team’s performance.
In addition to his work as an executive coach, Tony is an experienced facilitator and group coach. He trains coaches all over the world for The Coaches Training Institute (the global leading in-person coach training organisation), as well as creating and delivering leadership programmes for large organisations, he has also created an award winning ‘Leadership for Agencies’ programme that introduces leadership skills for an Advertising agency from reception to CEO.
Tony holds an advanced professional coaching qualification awarded by The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), one of a select group of coach training schools in the UK that is accredited by the International Coach Federation, the leading standards and accreditation body for coaching worldwide.
He is an authorised Team Diagnostic Facilitator and a qualified MBTI assessor. Tony is also a graduate of CTI’s international Co-Active Leadership programme.
